Mr. Sun has worked for a foreign law firm before he joined Hanling and has shortly worked in a Hong Kong law firm as a visiting lawyer. He has been advising international enterprises, middle and large state owned enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises with repect to a wide range of areas. Mr. Sun is also qualified as Certified Information Privacy Professional (Europe) (CIPP/E).
Mr. Sun's major practice areas include foreign direct investment, cross-border investment, international commercial transaction, merger and acquisition, dispute resolution, anti-trust/competition law, compliance, intellectual property rights, employment law, data security and privacy protection. He is also experienced in advising clients with respect to general civil and commercial law matters.
