Hanling has recently assisted an international pharmaceutical company to reach a license agreement with a Chinese pharmaceutical company regarding the license-out of its generic drug to China.
In recent years, Hanling has assisted various clients from the area of pharmaceutical and healthcare with respect to their transactional matters and other legal matters. And earlier this summer, Hanling represented an overseas pharmaceutical company to file a petition for administrative review to the NMPA and such petition was successfully admitted.
