On December 5, 2024, Hanling was invited by Lexology to hold a Master Class lecture on Lexology. In this lecture, lawyers from our firm and lawyers from India shared the latest legal developments in undertakings concentration in their respective countries.
A total of nearly 100 professionals from various countries around the world participated in this lecture. During the lecture, lawyers from our firm introduced the main changes in undertakings concentration after the revision of China's Anti-Monopoly Law in 2023, including the amendment of the reporting threshold, the delegation of review power, and the review guidelines for horizontal undertakings concentration.
