Hanling has assisted an international machinery manufacturer in its new joint venture deal in China.
The parties to this transaction are a world-wide known machinery manufacturer and and a well-known Chinese construction machinery manufacturer. The parties invested more than 50 million USD to establish a new joint venture company in China and the new joint venture company will be engaged in research and development, manufacturing and sales of precision machinery parts.
In this transaction, Hanling assisted the client in the planning of transaction scheme, preparation of joint venture agreement and articles, preparation of exclusive distribution agreement and equipment purchase agreement and also supported the merger control filing procedure in China.
